How to prepare yummy Tandoori Chicken

Recipe: Take 1 Kg of Fresh Chicken pieces, Marinate Chicken Pieces with 200 Gm of Lotus Tandoori Paste. Now leave it for 30 mins so that Chicken Pieces absorb Tandoori Paste deep inside. Arrange all chicken pieces in a dish and Cook in an open utensil on a medium temperature in oven for 40 mins. Now your crispy yummy Tandoori Chicken is ready. Garnish it with Coriander leaves and serves it hot.

Note:Tandoori Paste is an instant Spice mix. You do not need to add salt, garlic, chili etc while cooking

Chicken Gravy

Recipe: First take 150 gm of fine chopped Onion and fry them in Butter/Oil or ghee until it turns into Brown colour. Now take around 400 Gm of chicken Piece and Put it in Friend Onion and Now its time to add 20 Gm of Lotus Chicken Masala into it. Mix Chicken Masala well into Fried Onion and Chicken pieces. Now Put utensil on Gas and start cooking it on medium temperature. Keep on turning Chicken pieces so that every part of chicken is cooked well. Keep on cooking until nice flavor spreads. Now your Gravy chicken is ready to serve.

Note:Do not add salt, garlic, Ginger, turmeric etc.

How to prepare Veg Frankie

Recipe: To prepare delicious Frankie First take 500 gm of potato and boil them in pressure cooker for 15 minutes. Drain water from boiled potatos and Mesh Peeled Potatoes to make it thick paste. Mix lotus Frankie Masala into potato Paste. Now make long cutlet out of thick potato paste. Take ½ spoon of butter on tava and fry cutlet on tava, till it turns into brown color on both the side. You’re Delicious franke stuffing is now ready. Take Frankie Roti on Tava and cook it on tava with ½ spoon of butter on both side. Now Place your Cutlet on one side of roti. Stuff the roti with Chopped onion, shredded Chesse and add some lotus sandwich masala to bring more flavor into it, Now Roll your Frankie tightly, fold both the edges of the Frankie tightly and wrap in aluminum foil or tissue paper and serve hot with tomato sauce.

How to prepare yummy Pizza

Recipe: Take 500 gm tomatoes and boil them into water for 10 minutes. Remove skin from tomato nd prepare tomato pulp from it. Heat some oil in tava and fry 100 gm of fine chopped onion for atleast 5 minutes. Add ½ cup of hot water in a tomato pulp and also add 100 gm fried onion into it. Mix 50 gram lotus pizza masala in this mixture and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. You are ready with a tomato pizza sauce. Put some Butter in a non stick pan and mix some vegetable like baby corn, chopped red capsicum, carrot cubes, cottage cheese etc into it and cook it for 3 to 4 min on a medium flame with some salt and pepper and keep aside. Take Pizza base on one side spread pizza sauce evenly on it. And sprinkle greeted mozzarella cheese on it. Now arrange fried Vegetable on it in evenly manner. Place the pizza on a lubricated baking tray and bake it in pre heated oven at 200 c for 10 to 12 minutes or till the pizza base turns into brown colour. Cut the pizza into even size and serve hot with tomato sauce.

How to Prepare Sandwich

Recipe: Take two slices of Bread; apply butter on one side of both the bread slices. Take some Vegetables like tomato, boiled potato, cucumber, onion and cut them into slices. Put Vegetable slices on one bread slice and sprinkle Lotus sandwich masala on vegetables. And Shred Cheese on it. Cover this stuffing by placing second bread on it. You can toast this sandwich on sandwich maker or keep it raw.

Biryani

Recipe:To prepare Biryani soak 150 gm rice in water for 15 minutes. Take a vessel put some oil/ghee/butter in the vessel. Heat the oil on low flame and fry 50 gm chopped tomato mixing all the time until paste is formed. Add this Lotus biryani masala into paste. Then add 100 gm chicken/mutton/ Vegetables and mix it with paste and then add soaked rice. Add water as required and cook well on high/low flame for 20 to 25 mins. Your flavored biryani is ready to serve. Add some garnishing with coriander leaves, cashew nutes, kismiss etc and squeeze some lime drops on it. Do not add salt or other masala.

Gravy Mutton

Recipe:To Prepare Gravy Mutton take 1 Kg of Mutton. Fry about 300 Gm of chopped onion and Fry them until it turns into brown color. Add Mutton pieces and 60 Gm of Lotus Mutton masala and cook for few minutes. While cooking Turn Mutton pieces all the time. After few minutes Nice Flavor Will spread. Add some water as required and cook on Medium Flame until it is cooked. Do not add salt or any other Masala.

Punjabi Paneer Subji

Recipe:To prepare Punjabi Paneer take 250 gm diced paneer pieces. Take 50 ml oil/ghee/butter in a non stick pan. Heat it. Put 100 g chopped onion into the pan and sauté it on a low flame till it turns into golden color . Add this lotus instant Punjabi paneer masala and diced paneer piece and cook for a few minutes turning all the time. Soon as nice flavor spread out, add water as required and cook over high flame. Bring it to boil. Your tasty, yummy Punjabi paneer subji is ready to serve. Add some garnishing with coriander leaves and squeeze some lime drops on it. Do not add salt or any other masala.

Fish Fry

Recipe: Take 500 Gm fish and apply some salt. Keep it for 10 minutes and wash fish with clean water. Add this Lotus Fish Masala with Fish and keep it for 30 minutes. Take pan and add some oil into pan and heat oil for 1 minute. Now add fish into the pan and shallow fry them. Add some water as per your requirement and cook this preparation on medium flame for few minutes till nice flavor spreads and serve hot. Do not add salt or other masala.

Pav Bhaji

Recipe:To prepare pav bhaji take 10 gm butter\oil\Ghee in tava, heat it. Add 300 gm boiled vegetables like potato, green peas, brinjal, onion, tomato, beet root etc. and add this Lotus Pav Bhaji Masala. If required add garlic about 5 g and crush it properly. Add water as per required and let it cook. Fry until a thick paste is formed and nice flavor is spread out. Serve Hot with bread fried in Butter\Oil\Ghee, along with onion salad and lime peace. Garnish the bhaji with coriander leaves. Do not add salt or other masala.

Tandoori chicken

Recipe: Take 1 Kg Chicken and put some cut on chicken piece. Marinate chicken piece with 200 Gm of tandoori paste and leave it for 30 minutes. Arrange all chicken pieces in a tray and cook uncovered on a medium temperature in oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Do not add salt or any other spices.

Jaljeera

Recipe: Jaljeera is a cool and refreshing drink ideally used in a summer season. Take 1 ltr of Plain drinking water. Add 1 Table spoon of Lotus Jaljeera Masala in drinking water and mix it well. Now Put this water in a refrigerator and serve chilled. Do not need salt, Sugar or any other Spices. You can garnish Jaljeera drink with fresh mint leaves.
